Job Summary
Lead all operational aspects of construction projects in collaboration with regional leadership, enforcing safety policies, OSHA regulations, and ICRA standards to achieve zero-incident goals. Manage project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for quality control, inspections, and risk mitigation while mentoring field leadership and optimizing workflows through technology. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and executive teams to align field operations with strategic vision, represent the company at industry events, and provide feedback during the pre-construction phase. Requires 50-75% travel to job sites; reports directly to the Senior Vice President, IS Delivery Region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area
- Minimum 15 years' experience in managing large, complex commercial construction projects
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
