Job Summary

Director of Construction Cost Management to lead cost management services for a large-scale construction project, oversee a cost management team, manage client engagement, lead market research and thought leadership, drive strategic/operational management of cost management services across sectors, develop and mentor staff, improve internal processes, ensure quality and compliance (including ISO audits and SOX controls), drive business development and cross-selling opportunities, and represent the office in client meetings and proposals. Requires strong leadership, presentation and communication skills, plus experience in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, or industrial manufacturing; on-site presence may vary based on client needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience
  • 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment
  • Prior people management experience
