Job Summary
Direct the Company's global consolidation process, supervising senior accountants responsible for subsidiary and regional reporting packages. Own the preparation and review of consolidating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows across all domestic and international subsidiaries. Review and approve IFRS-to-U.S. GAAP adjustments, maintain elimination entries, and manage the intercompany accounting process including billing and netting. Ensure timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes by enforcing calendars with regional teams. Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management commentary for variance analysis, while overseeing quarterly statement support for SEC filings. Serve as a key liaison with external auditors on consolidation matters and partner with international finance teams to ensure local-to-U.S. GAAP conversions are accurate. Support the maintenance of consolidation systems and assist in annual statutory audits.
