Director of Consolidation

Lead consolidation staff by establishing expectations, accountability, and performance standards while driving strategic initiatives to improve consistency and operational performance across sites. Oversee the end-to-end authorization lifecycle using system tools to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and close-out, while monitoring key metrics including authorization aging, turnaround times, and completion rates. Identify process gaps to implement system and workflow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce rework. Partner with Operations, IT, and leadership to ensure timely claims processing, resolve escalations, and remove barriers impacting authorization workflows. Manage workload prioritization, resource allocation, and high-volume workflow coverage planning to enhance productivity.
