Director of Compliance

Administer daily Title 31 reports, process CTRs, and monitor compliance with Title 31, ICS, and Illinois Gaming Board regulations. Investigate potential violations, trace reportable items through transaction flows, and assist in developing new procedures for regulatory changes. Support departments by coordinating compliance data with auditors, delivering guest service, and conducting training across all areas. Notify management and the Ethics Hotline of illegal acts or ethics violations while safeguarding confidential records. Maintain a safe work environment and perform guest services, crowd control, or hospitality functions as needed.
