Job Summary
Director of Compliance to lead and oversee the Compliance department and its sub-teams (State and Payor Review, Auditing, and Coding). Responsibilities include overseeing audits (prepayment and post-payment), translating complex payor guidelines into actionable insights for ABA clients, maintaining regulatory alignment, and liaising with legal counsel to resolve discrepancies while keeping regular client communications on payor changes and updates. Requires proven leadership, analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, and a client-focused orientation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs (healthcare or ABA experience strongly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of state and payor guidelines, particularly related to ABA services.
- Experience working with or leading legal and compliance teams in a client-facing capacity.
