Job Summary
Oversee agency-wide compliance with NYSDOH and OMH regulations for Article 28, 29I, Title X, and Article 31 licensure, serving as the primary subject matter expert on clinical standards across medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Coordinate external audits, licensure surveys, and regulatory reviews while leading continuous quality improvement initiatives, including the annual Quality Improvement Plan and CQI committees. Partner with clinical leadership to monitor quality metrics, drive root cause analysis, and ensure audit readiness for all clinic sites. Lead development of clinical policies, deliver regulatory training, and analyze performance data for executive reporting. This role supports Children's Aid's mission to create cradle-through-college pathways in high-need New York City neighborhoods.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related health or human services field
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or quality improvement within regulated healthcare settings
- Demonstrated experience with NYSDOH and/or OMH regulatory environments, including Article 28, Article 29I, Title X and/or Article 31 licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing quality programs in community health centers, school-based health programs, or nonprofit healthcare organizations
