Job Summary
Director of Compliance & Quality to lead compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and operational governance across a healthcare organization. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring policies, internal controls, and corrective action plans; conducting internal audits and investigations; delivering compliance training; monitoring regulatory changes; and partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational improvements. Requires strong leadership, ability to influence both leadership and frontline staff, and a track record of implementing policies and driving accountability across departments within healthcare, ABA, or related regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Haves: 7+ years of compliance, quality, HR compliance, or regulatory leadership experience within healthcare
- Prior management experience overseeing teams
- Experience implementing policies, procedures, and compliance programs
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, auditing, investigations, and risk management
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- ABA, behavioral health, home care, or related industry experience
- Quality Assurance leadership experience
- Multi-site healthcare experience
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
- Experience implementing policies, procedures, and compliance programs
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, auditing, investigations, and risk management
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution across departments
