Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings, investigations, and administrative reviews for student behavioral matters while managing Deputy Title IX functions and campus-wide education on harassment prevention. Lead the administration of student conduct processes, restorative resolution practices, and outreach initiatives to foster accountability and community responsibility. Perform hearing duties and assist in developing policies related to student behavior and institutional compliance. This full-time role requires some nights and weekends and reports to the VP of Student Affairs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering student conduct programs to higher education
- Experience conducting Title IX investigations and managing Title IX-related casework
- Master's degree in higher education administration, judicial affairs, social/behavioral science, counseling, or related area preferred
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs in a college or university setting
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Full-time position with some nights and weekends required
