Job Summary
Lead strategic programs, special projects, and pilot initiatives to transform ideas into action while improving operations and launching lasting community impact. Manage project lifecycles from planning with goals and timelines to long-term ownership, ensuring execution stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational needs. Evaluate project viability to decide which initiatives grow, change, or end, then coordinate cross-departmental efforts with Operations, Finance, IT, and Human Resources to remove obstacles and build effective teams. Track progress via reports, metrics, and dashboards to share updates with executive leadership, proactively identify risks, and adapt to changing priorities. This role offers a $1,250 hiring bonus and includes medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with match, PTO, and wellness benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or operations leadership
- Experience leading in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen
- Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations
- Own, reliable transportation
- Insurable driving record
- Valid NM driver's license
- Proof of auto liability insurance
- Must be able to sit, perform keyboarding functions, and utilize a calculator continually
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder(s) frequently
- Must be able to carry, lift 20 lbs. occasionally
