Director of Community Relations

Conceives and implements an effective media strategy across multiple platforms to promote the organization's mission, overseeing press releases, events, and social media while developing all materials for brand consistency. Cultivates relationships with congressional offices, state agencies, and foundation staff to direct advocacy campaigns and secure grants through proposal coordination and compliance management. Writes white papers, edits e-newsletters, and coordinates annual membership drives, special events, and trade show booths. Tracks critical legislation and contributes to the strategic plan. Reports to the President and supervises an Administrative Assistant and Web Marketing Intern.
