Director of Community Health Services

Direct, supervise, and implement functions, activities, and staff members within the Community Health Services Department. Participate actively in developing systems and functions related to utilization management and case management. Collaborate on programmatic, research-related, and organizational systems development activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services (Master's preferred), experience with culturally diverse populations, and comfort in managed care/multi-professional settings. Current BLS certification with biannual maintenance, a driver's license, and daily automobile access are mandatory. Full-time role based in a managed care environment.
