Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day programming, staff management, and transportation coordination for the Charleston day program. Ensure appropriate staffing levels, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster relationships with families and community partners. Lead and mentor a team of managers and direct support professionals while utilizing data to evaluate program effectiveness. Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and responsibility for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in IDD services, day programs, or related fields
- Strong understanding of community-based programming for individuals with IDD
- Proven skills in team leadership, staff development, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care and compliance
- Valid driver's license
- ability to pass all required background checks
