Job Summary
Directly supervise CAMS, ACAMS, and support staff while overseeing portfolio team meetings, board packet approvals, and monthly report reviews. Lead participatory management touch-base sessions, coordinate board and membership meetings, and develop client retention strategies for watch list and key accounts. Review and approve annual meeting packets, management reports, and mass mailings; ensure property inspections occur regularly and follow up on problem areas. Manage project timelines for seasonal initiatives, analyze quarterly income statements and variance reports, and oversee budget preparation and regulatory compliance. Provide oversight for new staff onboarding and training, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and state statutes. Maintain current knowledge of plats, ownership rights, and legislative processes while conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or higher degree
- Minimum 2-3 years community association management (HOA, POA, and/or COA) experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Developer portfolio experience
- Community Association Institution Certification(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
