Director of Communications

Director of Communications role leading corporate narrative and AI-first communications for Gainsight’s Marketing team. Responsibilities include refining the corporate narrative, building governance and editorial processes, scaling AI-enabled communications, leading thought leadership initiatives, training spokespeople, overseeing media relations, analyst relations, internal and external communications, and coordinating with executive leadership to position Gainsight as a leading retention-as-a-service provider. The role requires 8–12 years in communications, with strong storytelling, AP style writing, program building, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and leadership. Occasional travel is expected; fully remote within the United States with a base salary range of $175k–$190k plus commission and equity.
