Job Summary
Develop and execute a global communications strategy aligning with business objectives to drive commercial growth and support product launches. Lead enterprise-wide communications for marketing campaigns, events, and corporate announcements, while overseeing customer success stories, technical content, and executive messaging. Manage media relations, public outreach, and crisis communication strategies to expand brand visibility and reputation worldwide. Direct internal communications to reinforce culture and support organizational change initiatives, while leading global social media strategy and analytics. Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives to strengthen transparency and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Media Relations
- 8 years of related experience
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Frequent travel (6-20%)
- Valid Passport
- Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Five years' experience in the Material Handling or a similar capital equipment industry
- Ten years managing people and five years managing a Marketing Communications department
- Experience successfully building, coaching, and motivating high-performance teams while holding employees accountable
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence across all levels and functional areas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issues
- International experience
