Job Summary
The Director of Commercial Strategy & Marketing will own and oversee the growth agenda end-to-end, including defining the U.S. commercial growth strategy, evolving subscriber growth targets, and optimizing customer acquisition costs. This role requires a marketing generalist who embraces strategy and tactical execution, demonstrating strong analytical skills in metrics such as CAC and LTV. A background in launching or scaling brands in the telecom or similar industries, along with experience in managing diverse teams, is critical. The successful candidate will build a high-performance, experimentation-driven culture and lead marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in communication/marketing or other related field
- 10-15+ years in marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling a digital-first brand or business
- Strong analytical mindset (CAC, LTV, attribution, experimentation)
- Deep understanding of modern acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of digital demand channels (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Display, Email/CRM)
