Director of Commercial Sourcing

Job Summary
Oversee global category management and bid activities across CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus, CSL Vifor, and CSL Plasma; drive multi-year procurement strategies, governance, and TCO optimization; lead a Center of Excellence for cross-functional sourcing projects across agency, external affairs, public relations, medical, sales, and communications; manage executive relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers; direct 3–6 reports and coordinate matrix global teams; ensure compliance with sourcing policies and ethical standards; require a Bachelor's degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management (MBA highly regarded) and 12–15 years of strategic sourcing experience, with preference for pharmaceutical-industry exposure; strong negotiation, SRM, and change leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or related field
- 12-15 years’ experience in strategic sourcing or relevant category experience
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or related industry preferred
- Post graduate business degree, MBA highly regarded
