Job Summary
Lead Kairos High School's college and career readiness initiatives by managing and coaching the Next Prep team, coordinating testing and dual enrollment, and building postsecondary partnerships to drive student outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting weekly observations and feedback, leading curriculum alignment and team meetings, supporting teachers with college and career content, coordinating standardized testing logistics (ASVAB, AP, PSAT, SAT, PACT, ACT), designing graduation progress tracking, developing interventions for at-risk students, and fostering partnerships with postsecondary institutions and local employers. Ideal candidate has classroom teaching or coaching experience, strong organizational skills, experience implementing program initiatives, and a passion for college and career readiness. Schedule is in-person, Monday–Friday, with some evenings and weekends as needed; location is Saint Louis, MO. Starting salary $70,000 with comprehensive benefits; relocation not mentioned as part of the package. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of educational leadership or related experience; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership, college and career counseling, or a related field
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications and student information management systems
- Eligible to work for any employer in the U.S; pass criminal background check
