Required Qualifications

  • Personal commitment to the mission and goals of SEIU Local 73
  • 2 years of experience supervising staff
  • 5 or more years of experience negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • 5 or more years of union organizing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solid math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
