Job Summary
Implement and monitor current policies and procedures for Clinical Services while ensuring assigned communities maintain compliance with state, federal, and government agencies. Conduct compliance surveys at facilities and participate in state and federal survey activities as required. Perform regular site visits to provide supervision, clinical expertise, and monitor overall clinical operations. Deliver in-service training and orientation to facility staff regarding the survey process, risk management, community compliance, and performance improvement. Review and investigate resident complaints as directed, then develop Plans of Corrective Action with the facility Administrator and Director of Nursing. Requires an active RN license, two years of Director of Nursing experience, and willingness to travel across multiple states for acquisition facility transitions.
Required Qualifications
- active, unencumbered RN license
- at least two (2) years' experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Regional Nurse
- willing to travel to facilities in multiple states based on the location of acquisition facilities
