Job Summary
Director of Clinical Training & Education to lead training, onboarding, and clinical education initiatives for the AimaLojic hemoperfusion platform. Collaborates with customers, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful implementation, confident clinical use, and long-term adoption. Delivers on-site and virtual training for veterinary teams; supports clinics during initial treatments; provides guidance on workflows, troubleshooting, and patient management; serves as a clinical resource for treatment-related questions. Partners with Sales during evaluations, demos, trials, and onboarding; develops training materials and resources; delivers internal education for Sales, Marketing, and Operations; supports scalability of the Clinical Training & Education function. Remote position in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in veterinary critical care, emergency medicine, dialysis, CRRT, or hemoperfusion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to train and simplify complex clinical concepts for veterinary teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required; advanced clinical education or certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in veterinary critical care or related clinical settings
- Previous experience in clinical education, training, or medical device support preferred
- Willingness to travel
