Job Summary
Oversee all clinical services, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across Virtual Peace of Mind's programs and service lines. Design and build the infrastructure for the 16-month clinical apprenticeship program, including curriculum, training standards, evaluation tools, and implementation protocols. Lead clinical teams, manage workforce development, and establish systems for monitoring documentation, treatment planning, and client outcomes. Serve as the senior clinical liaison with school districts, healthcare organizations, and government partners to drive program implementation and expansion. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop scalable clinical systems, manage departmental budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals.

- Lead quality assurance, performance improvement, and clinical policy development
- Supervise and develop Clinical Supervisors and other clinical leaders
- Provide consultation regarding complex, high-risk, or escalated clinical matters
- Primary executive responsibility for designing, building, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving clinical education, apprenticeship, and workforce development infrastructure
- Developing a comprehensive apprenticeship program that prepares future behavioral health professionals through a structured, competency-based learning experience
- Establish the educational infrastructure, curriculum, training standards, supervision model, and evaluation framework
- Design and complete a comprehensive 16-month clinical apprenticeship curriculum organized by week, with defined learning objectives, competencies, instructional content, applied activities, supervision expectations, performance milestones, and required deliverables
- Develop the full educational infrastructure necessary to operate the program, including facilitator guides, participant materials, training manuals, competency assessments, evaluation tools, progress-tracking systems, and remediation procedures
- Establish a structured apprenticeship model integrating clinical instruction, supervised practice, documentation proficiency, professional development, organizational orientation, and readiness for increasingly independent clinical responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the apprenticeship program
- Ensure the apprenticeship curriculum aligns with organizational standards, applicable licensure and supervision requirements, evidence-based clinical practices, workforce needs, and contractual or funding requirements
- Demonstrate measurable weekly progress toward completion of the 16-month apprenticeship framework in accordance with an approved project plan and implementation timeline
- Operational management of all clinical programs
- Ensuring appropriate staffing, efficient workflows, and effective resource utilization
- Maintaining a high-performing clinical workforce
- Ensuring that staffing capacity, clinician productivity, supervision, and service delivery support the organization's current and future needs
- Direct daily clinical operations, staffing capacity, clinical assignments, supervision structures, and escalation processes
- Collaborate with administrative and human resources leadership on clinician recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, retention, and workforce planning
- Establish and monitor systems for clinical productivity, caseload management, service access, documentation timeliness, and operational performance
- Use clinical, workforce, utilization, and operational data to identify trends, resolve barriers, recommend improvements, and ensure contractual and organizational expectations are achieved
- Senior clinical representative in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with school districts, healthcare organizations, government agencies, referral partners, and other stakeholders
- Represent Virtual Peace of Mind's clinical expertise while supporting organizational growth and innovation
- Serve as Virtual Peace of Mind's senior clinical liaison with school districts, principals, district administrators, state agencies, healthcare organizations, government entities, referral partners, grant partners, and other strategic stakeholders
- Represent the organization in implementation meetings, clinical planning discussions, partnership reviews, service-delivery meetings, and other assigned external engagements
- Lead the clinical implementation of new contracts, programs, districts, grants, and service lines
- Develop and execute partner-specific engagement and improvement plans
- Address and resolve partner concerns related to clinical services, program implementation, workforce readiness, and service delivery
- Contribute to organizational planning, strategic decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop scalable clinical systems
- Strengthen organizational performance
- Ensure that clinical operations align with the overall vision and direction of Virtual Peace of Mind
- Participate in executive leadership, organizational planning, strategic decision-making, and the development of scalable clinical systems
- Lead assigned strategic initiatives that strengthen clinical quality, organizational efficiency, workforce development, program implementation, and service growth
- Use clinical, operational, workforce, partnership, and financial information to provide executive-level reports, recommendations, and corrective-action plans
- Assist with developing and monitoring clinical department budgets, staffing investments, training resources, apprenticeship expenditures, and other assigned organizational resources
- Make day-to-day clinical and operational decisions necessary to ensure effective service delivery, workforce performance, program implementation, clinical quality, and partnership responsiveness
- Exercise independent judgment in supervising clinical personnel, resolving routine operational concerns, implementing approved initiatives, establishing clinical workflows, and directing assigned resources
