Job Summary
Director, Clinical Services provides strategic clinical leadership and oversight for all behavioral health and trauma-informed services within the Innovative Urban Village supportive housing program. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, providing clinical supervision to Case Managers, leading risk assessments (including suicide risk, DV lethality, child safety), developing individualized service plans to support long-term housing stability, coordinating referrals to mental health and substance use services, ensuring compliance with ESSHI and OTDA regulations, maintaining accurate documentation in CAPS/HMIS, participating in quality assurance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care while supporting housing stability and program development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or related field (MSW or related)
- LMSW or LCSW preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a clinical or social service setting, preferably within supportive housing, domestic violence services, or homeless services
