Job Summary
Lead clinical operations across multiple locations while mentoring clinical leadership teams and driving quality improvement initiatives. Ensure regulatory readiness and survey success by overseeing compliance, audits, and performance monitoring. Manage clinical reimbursement processes including MDS, PDPM, and ADRs to promote QAPI initiatives and improve resident care outcomes. Provide education and training for clinical staff while collaborating with organizational leaders to support strategic goals. Requires an RN license with five years of healthcare leadership experience and ability to travel regularly between community sites.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare or long-term care leadership experience
- Experience with MDS processes
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulations, and reimbursement systems
- Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to travel regularly between community sites
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Multi-site clinical operations experience
- RAC-CT and/or QCP Certified
