Job Summary
Lead rehabilitation services across Epworth’s Continuing Care division; provide clinical governance, quality and risk management; develop nursing and multidisciplinary teams; drive KPIs on patient outcomes, safety, and service performance; oversee workforce planning, education; partner with VMOs; lead business development and program expansion; ensure safe, patient-centered care at executive level.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in leadership, management or related discipline
- Proven senior healthcare leadership experience with rehabilitation or acute care
- Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams across complex environments
- Strong clinical governance, quality, and risk management capabilities
