Job Summary
Directs the Clinical Services function for Livingston HealthCare’s Rural Health Clinic, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, policy development, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives while partnering with leadership to drive growth and provider productivity. Leads recruitment and onboarding of clinic staff, coordinates education programs, ensures credentialing and licensure adherence, manages budgets and capital planning, and collaborates with the Chief Administration Officer, Medical Director, and physicians to optimize patient access and clinic flow. Responsibilities include staff supervision (including RN Supervisors), performance dashboards, quality improvement initiatives, and telemedicine program oversight, with a focus on efficient, compliant multispecialty clinic operations and provider engagement.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinic operations/administration/management with a strong understanding of medical practice regulatory compliance standards of the Rural Health Clinic.
