Director of Clinical Services (Hospice RN) | Waxahachie / South Dallas, TX

Oversee all clinical aspects of the hospice program, including patient admissions, care planning, interdisciplinary team coordination, and regulatory compliance. Lead clinical operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional hospice care services while managing staff development and strategic planning. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards. Manage patient care programs in new start environments and open to travel as necessary within the designated area. This role is ideal for a hospice Clinical Manager, Patient Care Manager, or RN-Case Manager with several years of hospice experience.
