Job Summary
Director of Clinical Services for Home Healthcare overseeing and coordinating clinical services across CNS Cares, including multi-state regulatory interpretation and implementation, EMR clinical updates, clinical compliance, QA oversight, and training for Directors of Nursing. Responsible for regulatory interpretation, policy development, support for GMs KPIs, and acting as an Alternate Administrator/Director of Nursing for states as needed. Requires RN license, compact nursing license, BS degree, BLS, and at least five years of nursing leadership in home health; travel up to 50% within the United States; ensures licensures remain in good standing and supports regulatory surveys, QAPI plans, chart audits, and clinical decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing
- Compact Nursing License
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- At least five (5) years of experience in nursing leadership in home health
- Multi-state oversight/regulatory experience
- Travel within the United States to CNS Cares offices up to 50% of the time
- Must have experience with Department of Labor home health programs
