Job Summary
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Oversee daily operations of the clinical services department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure timely interventions while maintaining accreditation and certification standards for continuous quality improvement. Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resource sharing. Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Requires 5+ years of experience in a clinical or leadership role in a behavioral health setting and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in evidence-based practices
