Director of Clinical Services Columbus, GA

Direct daily operations of Behavioral Health inpatient and outpatient clinical services, integrating clinical, human resource, and financial data to support decision-making. Participate in personnel management activities including screening, selection, orientation, training, development, performance management, and employee relations. Direct clinical care in assigned areas while collaborating with system leadership on organizational planning, innovations, and evaluation of initiatives. Develop, implement, and audit quality measures to ensure corporate compliance with regulations, and promote evidence-based practice across clinical, operational, and leadership processes. Serve as a member of the behavioral health Clinical Management Team to assist in developing treatment activities across the continuum of care.
