Director of Clinical Services

Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel. Provide guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors to continually improve home health care services. Assist in managing clinical teams, planning, and the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family care. Conduct annual clinical performance evaluations and oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, and reports in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel while ensuring the quality and safe delivery of home health services. Maintain adequate inventory supplies and equipment, promote home health referrals, and lead case conferences. If functioning as Clinical Manager, provide oversight of patient care services and personnel, including making assignments and coordinating referrals.
