Job Summary
Directs clinical services and case management leadership for Covenant House Florida, overseeing trauma-informed, youth-centered clinical services, case management, health services, parenting education, and nutrition programs across locations. Leads program oversight, staff development, compliance, and outcomes analysis; drives program vision, goals, and performance metrics; ensures fidelity to evidence-based models including TIP and CBT; designs and implements program improvements using data and outcomes; provides supervisory leadership and professional development for clinical and program staff; coordinates with external providers, maintains grant compliance and reporting, and supports Safe Haven operations and facility-related needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field required
- Active State of Florida mental health license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in behavioral health, youth services, or human services; minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience supervising different youth programs including grant administration experience
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record; may need to transport youth and team members using agency transportation
