Job Summary
Manage clinical incident aging, complaint response timeliness, and resolution effectiveness while achieving established service-level agreements for investigations. Lead timely corrective-action plan completion, reduce repeat audit findings, and drive quarterly trend analysis with actionable recommendations for quality improvement. Ensure continuous Joint Commission accreditation readiness by resolving findings and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Oversee multi-state nursing regulatory compliance, scope-of-practice oversight, and clinical governance processes including DNR and clinician-performance reviews. Support recruiting, operations, and client-service teams through clinical consultation and executive participation in strategic workforce discussions.
