Job Summary
Director of Clinical Pharmacy leading hospital-wide pharmacy operations and ensuring safe, effective medication use. Oversees regulatory compliance, develops policies and standards, manages budgets, and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams. Supervises pharmacists, interns, and technicians; provides medication information to patients and staff; conducts quality improvement initiatives; maintains formularies and oversees IV admixtures and parenteral products; engages in committees and education to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered pharmacist in the state of New Mexico
- Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy
