Job Summary
Lead and mentor the clinical team while developing treatment systems and coaching younger clinicians to drive innovation in rehabilitation and performance. Ensure an exceptional patient experience by continuing to treat patients directly alongside ownership as you help recruit future team members. Collaborate with leadership to scale the company into a premier destination for golf and pickleball performance, longevity medicine, and recovery technologies. Help shape the future direction of one of Southwest Florida's fastest-growing healthcare companies focused on helping adults arrive at 80 feeling 40.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
