Director of Clinical Outreach

Job Summary
Lead outreach to providers, community partners, and sites of care to support hospital growth, enhance access to care, and strengthen provider engagement. Collaborate with hospital leadership to plan growth initiatives using data analytics, develop targeting objectives and KPIs, conduct outreach with providers and post-acute facilities, document activities in PRM systems, participate in leadership and service-delivery meetings, and provide insights to leadership on provider preferences and market trends. Support medical staff development and recruitment, represent the hospital in market and corporate meetings, and ensure alignment with enterprise initiatives while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred or
- EMT - Emergency Medical Tech preferred or
- LP - Licensed Paramedic preferred or
- PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
