Job Summary
Senior leadership role directing clinical services across a large national aged care provider. Lead clinical oversight, governance and performance, drive safe, person-centred care at scale, and shape the Future Care model within a complex, dispersed East Coast operation. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing clinical workforce across multiple regions, overseeing governance, risk management and regulatory/compliance standards, managing escalations and client needs with a focus on quality and continuous improvement, and partnering with internal stakeholders to embed the Best Care framework. Requires current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, extensive senior clinical leadership experience in aged care or community health, and strong capabilities in budgets, service delivery, stakeholder engagement and change leadership. Hybrid work arrangement in Sydney (Bella Vista) or Melbourne (CBD/Croydon) with regular office attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Significant senior clinical leadership experience, ideally within aged care or community health
- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed clinical teams
- Strong experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, budgets and service delivery outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
- Proven ability to lead change and operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Prior to commencement, complete National Police check, Work Rights check and confirm COVID-19 vaccination status (highly recommended) and undertake a functional fitness assessment.
