Job Summary

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for assigned clinical departments and service lines. Support department managers, promote teamwork and accountability, and monitor access, productivity, quality, and patient experience. Partner with medical staff and clinical leaders to improve workflows, outcomes, and regulatory readiness. Manage budgeting, staffing plans, resource utilization, and employee engagement initiatives. Drive service line growth and operational excellence within a close-knit rural hospital setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related healthcare field
  • at least five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
  • experience in a hospital setting

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Critical Access Hospital experience
  • rural healthcare leadership experience

  • A current Michigan Registered Nurse license or other applicable healthcare professional license
