Job Summary
Senior executive role providing clinical and operational leadership across a network of facilities, including emergency care locations. Establish and enforce clinical standards and quality assurance protocols; provide medical direction, protocol oversight, and mentorship to staff; oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization; manage departmental budgets and resources; ensure regulatory compliance and licensure; partner with operations to drive efficiency and mission alignment; lead hiring, onboarding, and performance development of clinical staff.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree required
- Certification is a strong plus
- Significant experience operating in a multi-site or high-volume clinical setting
- Demonstrated leadership of clinical teams and operational systems
- Current knowledge of relevant laws, technologies, and industry trends
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment preferred
