Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, and budget oversight for assigned locations. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and legal standards while monitoring patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction metrics. Lead recruitment for medical providers and practice coordinators, conduct performance evaluations, and drive improvement projects to meet performance guarantees. Coordinate patient access, EMR management, and supply logistics; provide urgent coverage as needed and lead complaint resolution. Conduct quarterly site visits to verify operational standards and support training initiatives. Maintain positive client relationships through direct engagement and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years' experience in practice management
- Willing to travel required
- Flexibility with quick critical thinking skills is essential
- Analytical skills necessary to accurately follow the latest facility policies and legal regulations
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with various professionals, including physicians, providers, nurses, medical assistants, and clients
- Problem-solving skills to implement a creative solution that will not compromise patient care
