Job Summary
Lead provider teams across Midwest markets by developing Nurse Practitioner Leads and coaching high-performing clinical staff. Drive clinical education strategy, design delivery for licensed providers, and elevate consultation quality to improve guest outcomes and conversion rates. Establish and reinforce clinical standards, protocols, and best practices while ensuring safe, compliant care. Partner with Market Managers to align clinical excellence with operational performance and business results, using data to identify opportunities and coach providers. Support successful launches of new services, products, and clinics while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Travel 40 to 50 percent to coach providers and lead training across assigned markets.
Required Qualifications
- An active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing with the ability to support multiple markets
- Three or more years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-site clinical oversight
- Ability to travel approximately 40 to 50 percent throughout Face Forward's Midwest markets to coach providers, lead training, and support clinic performance
- Willingness to reside within the Midwest to enable regular partnership with providers and operational leaders across assigned markets
Desired Qualifications
- Medical aesthetics experience
- A proven track record of developing high-performing provider teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering clinical education, provider onboarding, competency programs, or continuing education initiatives
- Demonstrated success improving consultation quality, treatment planning, provider productivity, and guest retention
- Experience partnering with operational leaders to achieve both clinical excellence and business performance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to use clinical and operational data to drive measurable results
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- A passion for advancing the practice of aesthetic medicine while creating exceptional experiences for guests and providers alike
