Director of Clinical Operations

Establish and maintain robust clinical competencies for all licensed nurses through monthly training calls and system-driven educational topics on pressure ulcers, antipsychotic reduction, and regulatory updates. Develop and implement core clinical systems and guidelines, including standards for seating, positioning, consistent assignments, and transitions of care, while establishing a system for measuring adherence. Define standards and tools for monitoring dementia care protocols and provide support to Social Services in event management, grievance response, and advance directives. Champion infection control protocols by responding to new regulatory requirements and assisting in revising company clinical standards based on industry best practices. Provide clinical leadership to multiple skilled nursing facilities in Chanute, Council Grove, Haysville, Hutchinson, Larned, and Sedgwick, Kansas, driving consistent application of best practices. Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
