Define standards for dementia care protocols and provide support to Social Services regarding event management, grievance response, and advance directives. Provide expert guidance on infection control protocols and assist in revising company clinical standards based on industry best practices. Lead clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Kansas to drive consistent application of best practices and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
