Director of Clinical Operations

Oversee daily clinical operations across all FQHC sites, managing provider assignments, staff productivity, and patient flow while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and FQHC standards. Monitor and analyze clinical data to implement quality improvement initiatives, recruit and train clinical staff including nurses and medical assistants, and manage performance evaluations. Collaborate with medical providers to optimize care coordination and referral management, address patient satisfaction concerns, and participate in strategic planning to align clinical goals with organizational objectives. Maintain a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in KY or a recognized compact state.
