Job Summary
Director of Clinical Education leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive clinical education programs for a physician group serving SC and GA. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching staff; promoting evidence-based practice; developing learning solutions; ensuring staff have knowledge and skills for high-quality patient care; collaborating with leadership across departments; leading hands-on workshops, simulations, and competency assessments; maintaining competency checklists; facilitating continuing education and advanced certifications; partnering with external vendors; and leveraging technology (telemedicine and EMR) to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN Licensure. License must be in good standing.
- A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices; must be a licensed driver with a vehicle in good standing.
