The Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) will lead clinical documentation initiatives within a growing healthcare organization, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and integrity in clinical documentation improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- RN, APRN, PA, MD, DO licensure
- Experience in acute care clinical coding
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a system compliance quality leader
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist
- PROSCI Change Management Certificate or equivalent
