Job Summary
Direct the Arrive Fresh Client Success Department to drive performance, operational strategy, and growth of the produce and floral division. Lead a senior team in scaling brokerage operations, establishing SOPs for temperature-controlled perishable logistics, and building long-term relationships with premier shippers. Collaborate across technology, capacity, finance, and business development; ensure 24/7 process effectiveness; support forecasting, issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and value-driven client solutions; drive technology adoption and automation roadmaps; manage implementations and design cost-saving, service-enhancing logistics solutions; mentor staff and foster a solutions-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant logistics and brokerage experience in 3PL or asset-based providers.
- 10+ years of produce and floral logistics experience.
- 3+ years of logistics leadership or management experience.
- Strong background in account management and customer-facing solution design.
- Expert knowledge of FSMA, STF, and PACA.
