Director of Client Services – Wastewater

Job Summary
Director of Client Services – Wastewater leading growth efforts in the North American wastewater market. Responsibilities include developing plans with senior leadership to expand wastewater business, implementing market plans, maintaining and expanding relationships with wastewater clients, participating in client meetings, workshops, trade shows, and other business development activities, pursuing projects to meet annual sales goals, and collaborating with estimating, construction operations, and technical support to deliver solutions. Requires a proven track record in business development or client services leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and at least 15 years of experience in the wastewater sector. Preferred location is the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast US, with openness to national consideration, and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The role emphasizes collaboration, goal setting, mentorship, and building trust with clients across North America, with a compensation package including typical benefits and a focus on 24/7 safety and quality culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the wastewater market
- Working knowledge of wastewater infrastructure and asset management concepts
- Experience in a collaborative delivery/projects environment
- CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations (PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
