Job Summary
Director of Client Service Operations responsible for driving operational excellence across two divisions and delivering a cohesive employee and client experience. Lead and mentor service and functional leaders, align service teams with company goals, and partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives. Establish and monitor operating standards, manage data analytics, quality control auditing, training, and workflow optimization; oversee vendor relationships and ensure accurate KPI-driven performance. Oversee analytics and reporting using dashboards to generate actionable insights; Applied Epic experience preferred. Focus on delivering a high-quality client experience while balancing operational efficiency with relationship-centered service. Compensation includes base salary and bonus; location: Atlanta, GA, onsite.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15 years of operations leadership experience
- Experience managing leaders of leaders
- Strong track record of developing talent and building teams
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow tools
- Proven success leading process improvements and systems implementations
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
